Booking an experience through this site means you accept these terms. They govern your use of this site and your booking with Holding Frequency.
Aura photography sessions and sound experiences, in studio and on location — an artistic and interpretive experience.
Holding Frequency experiences are intended for mindfulness, relaxation, personal reflection, and enjoyment. They are not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or predictive services.
Your slot is held while you check out, and is released if payment doesn't complete. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you'll receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.
Prices are shown on each experience's page. Payment is taken by Stripe. Some experiences are paid in full at booking; others take a deposit, with the balance charged automatically to your saved card 7 days before your event.
The cancellation and refund terms for each experience are shown on that experience's page before you book. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in effect when you booked — we don't change them afterwards.
How much of your payment comes back depends on how far ahead you cancel and on which experience you booked. Each experience states its own cancellation bands, and how they are measured, on its page before you pay. Experiences where you pick a start time are measured from that start time; experiences where you request a date are measured in whole days.

Guest limits and per-person pricing vary by experience; shared slots are paid per person at booking. See your experience's page, or our FAQ , for the details.
Our standard event pricing includes travel within 30 miles of our Stafford studio. If your event is outside that area, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate your location with an additional travel fee.
Your aura portrait is yours. We'll always ask you first before we share your image publicly — on social media, on this site, or anywhere else. If you'd rather we didn't, just say so; it changes nothing about your session.
Site text, photographs, and brand marks belong to Holding Frequency. Please don't reuse them without asking.
You need to be 18 or older to book. Minors are welcome at a session when the adult who booked is with them. Please don't book using someone else's contact details without their say-so.
We'll always do our best to deliver the experience you booked. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that session.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
