Holding Frequency is an aura photography studio based at Peach Pilates Collective in Stafford, Texas, and mobile for private and on-location events across the Greater Houston area. If you have a question about this policy, or about anything we hold about you, write to us at hello@holdingfrequency.com.
When you enquire: your name, email, phone number, and anything you type into the enquiry notes.
When you book: the above, plus your event date and time, event type, event location, guest count, and any notes you leave for us.
When you pay: what you were charged and what you paid, and — if a charge failed — the reason Stripe gave for the failure.
Payment is taken on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. We never receive or store your card number, expiry date, security code, or billing address. What we do keep is what you were charged, what you paid, Stripe's own reference ids, and — if a charge failed — the reason Stripe gave for it. That is enough to reconcile a payment and, if your experience takes a deposit, charge the balance to the card you chose to save with Stripe.
We work with a small number of trusted partners to run the studio:
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not send marketing email — there is no mailing list.
This site sets one cookie, _aura_booth_key, signed and
marked SameSite=Lax, on every page you visit. It keeps
the site working and protects forms against forgery; for studio staff
who are signed in, it also carries their sign-in token. There are no
analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served
from our own servers, so loading a page on this site makes no request
to any font or tracking service. There is nothing to opt out of,
because nothing here is tracking you.
We keep booking, enquiry, and payment records for as long as we need them to run the studio and meet our record-keeping obligations. Some of our accounting records, once finalised, are locked by design and cannot be altered or removed afterward.
The confirmation page for your booking can be viewed by anyone who has the link, without signing in. Please don't forward it if you'd rather the details weren't seen by someone else. It is not listed in search engines.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@holdingfrequency.com. We may need to keep some payment and accounting records regardless.
Every page on this site is served over HTTPS. Staff passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. Staff sign-in is rate limited, and failed sign-in attempts are logged — the only time we record an IP address, and only for staff sign-ins.
Our booking system is for adults. Minors are welcome at a session when the adult who booked is with them. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this site.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
